Tuition Reimbursement

Azuria provides benefits to further your education and improve your skills. You can receive up to $5,250 each year for reimbursement of tuition and education-related expenses.

You are eligible to receive this benefit after 6 months of continuous service as a full-time, non-union employee.

You must be enrolled in an approved degree program at an accredited institution and maintain a grade of C or better for undergraduate study or grade of B or better for graduate study.

Reimbursement is based on the grade you earn:
A = 100% up to $5,250
B = 90% up to $4,725
C = 80% up to $4,200

How to Get Started

  • Complete the Tuition Reimbursement Request Approval form prior to the beginning of each semester.
  • Submit the form to your manager/supervisor for approval.
  • At the completion of the course, submit the approval form and a copy of the transcript displaying your grade to the Benefits Department.
